How much Daniel Levy was paid as Tottenham 2023 financial results revealed

Tottenham have announced their financial results for the year ending June 2023, with record-breaking turnover, but also a loss of £86.8million. Crucially, though, they remain compliant with Financial Fair Play and the Premier League's Profit & Sustainability Rules.

The club's revenue has jumped above half a billion pounds for the first time, with the club announcing revenue streams of £549.6million for the year. That is up £105.6million on the previous year.

With losses at £86.8million, the club have confirmed they are looking for new investors in their annual financial report. The report stated: «To capitalise on our long-term potential, to continue to invest in the teams and undertake future capital projects, the club requires a significant increase in its equity base.

»The board and its advisors, Rothschild & Co, are in discussions with prospective investors. Any recommended investment proposal would require the support of the club’s shareholders."

Along with the usual outlays on the playing squad and the hosting of multiple non-football events and cost rises outside of the club's control such as utilities, rates, consumables and increases in the London Living Wage, chairman Daniel Levy also took home a salary. And that salary has increased over the year.

The report shows that Levy was paid £3.581million last year, up from £3.265million the previous year, and received an accrued bonus of £3million paid across the year.
