Inter Milan GM Beppe Marotta says he won't seek another topline job once his contract expires.
Marotta's deal runs to 2027.
He said: "When my contract with Inter ends and I leave the club, I will only take care of the young people.
"The youth sector is the greatest asset of a club, especially from a human point of view.
"I am increasingly convinced that making sport pay for young people is wrong: it should be free, because in this way it would also be possible to involve poor families, those in which the champions are hidden, as happened in the past."
