It was a very smooth evening for Spurs, but the same can't be said for Maddison's post-match chat with Sky.
Maddison informed presenter Dave Jones, as well as pundits Carragher and Wolves manager Gary O'Neil that he could hear audio of Marco Silva being interviewed in the background of his earphone.
An apologetic Jones said the issue would be rectified while Carragher was keen to know what Silva was saying.
And quick as a flash, Maddison replied: «He's saying Maddison's goal was excellent, I think.»
