Tottenham breathed a sigh of relief when Cristian Romero was spotted in training with Argentina after fears that the key centre-back had picked up an injury whilst on international duty. It follows his impressive performance against Ecuador last week as Ange Postecoglou plans for his players to return to the club in the comings days.
Spurs, who have started the season unbeaten after four games in the Premier League, are looking to built on a strong platform laid by Romero and his new defensive partner Mickey van der Ven. The pair are yet to make a foul so far and have anchored the side under new management.
