Liverpool fans left with 'lumps in throats' as young fan breaks down in tears while 'living the dream' at Anfield
Liverpool Disabled Supporters Association thanked the club for their efforts to help supporters 'live their dreams' after Sunday's victory over Aston Villa.
The attention had largely been on a number of standout performers in the routine 3-0 triumph. Trent Alexander-Arnold captained the side brilliantly before being withdrawn due to injury, Dominik Szoboszlai scored his first in red during a Man of the Match display and Darwin Nunez was influential once again.
However off the field one moment was picked up amongst the Reds' social sphere as a young disabled supporter, Daire from Ireland, was filmed in the Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand experiencing their first ever match, and in particular their first pre-kick-off 'You'll Never Walk Alone', in person.
They were shown in floods of joyful tears, singing along to the anthem whilst at times also unable to get their words out due to the sheer emotions of the moment.

"This is what it's all about giving young disabled supporters the opportunity to live their dreams and visit Anfield to watch their @LFC heroes. Impossible is nothing but only for those who truly believe. Daire YNWA," the LDSA's post read.
The LDSA also put out other posts with wishes of thanks to former Liverpool Women's footballer Becky Easton for spending time with the young fan, Jamie Carragher for sending a signed 'Carragher 23' 2004/05 shirt and the club again for gifting a signed Diogo Jota 2023/22 jersey.
The club's official account led the responses, quoting the video with a single love heart emoji.
