Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler has criticised Manchester United for their treatment of Jadon Sancho, insisting the public fallout between the club and player is "not a good look".
United boss Erik ten Hag claimed Sancho had been dropped for the Red Devils' 3-1 defeat at Arsenal on September 3 due to poor performance levels in training, a remark the former Borussia Dortmund winger later rejected on social media.
This comes after Ten Hag last season spoke of Sancho's struggles with mental health during a press conference, with it recently emerging the Dutchman was not cleared to do so.
