Liverpool kick off their EFL Trophy campaign against Morecambe at the Mazuma Mobile Stadium tonight.
Blackpool and Barrow are also in Group A with the Reds, who are yet to win a match in the competition.
So far this season, Barry Lewtas’ side have won two, drawn one and lost one of their opening four league games of the season.
