Luis Enrique sees PSG with a better squad next season
The Paris Saint-Germain coach spoke to the media at a press conference and once again left no one indifferent. The French team is waiting to see what Mbappe will do, and it seems that his departure is more than clear. Even so, the PSG boss believes that the team's project will be even better next season.
“If all goes to plan, I’m sure we will have way better squad next season. I’m convinced of that. In the defense, in the attack, physical and also technical/tactical point of view… we will be better. No doubts”, he said.
The former Barcelona and Spain national team coach also spoke about the future of one of PSG's on-loan players, Xavi Simons, who is currently on loan at RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga.
“He’s Paris St Germain player and so obviously we are following him closely”. “I don’t want to say too much, I respect Leipzig but yes — we are in contact and we follow Xavi’s progress”.
