West Ham United striker Michail Antonio believes Everton will still need at least another 11 points to confirm Premier League safety.
The Blues moved five points clear of the relegation zone this week after their 10-point penalty for breaching financial regulations was reduced to six.
It was a significant boost for a club that was flirting with the bottom three amid a nine-game run without a league win that stretches back to mid-December.
But Antonio, speaking after the appeal verdict was delivered and before his West Ham side travel to Goodison Park on Saturday, believes Everton still need to do work on the pitch.

The Jamaica international, who came off the bench during West Ham’s 4-2 win over Brentford on Monday, said on the BBC’s Footballer's Football Podcast: “Them [Everton] being on 25 points doesn’t mean they are safe, they have to get to 36 points to be safe in the Premier League, so they still have a job to do.”
His words came after he was asked whether, had he been playing for a team battling the Blues for survival, his confidence would have taken a knock at seeing Everton climb the table because of the reprieve. He said: “Not really, because if you think about it you can’t really pay attention to what other teams are doing and what’s going on with them. They got deducted 10 points, so if you are thinking they should stay on their 10 points, no, because it wasn’t like they didn’t have those points at the beginning. [Everton] getting those points back shouldn’t really affect you.”
