Mikel Arteta breaks silence on Kai Havertz decision as Arsenal star fires back at critics

Last night Arsenal tasted defeat in the Premier League for just the second time this season. The Gunners were defeated 1-0 by Aston Villa thanks to an early strike from John McGinn.
Mikel Arteta's side were unable to equalise, although they thought they had late on when Kai Havertz bundled the ball into the net from close range. However, Havertz was adjudged to have handled the ball by on-field referee Jarred Gillett before VAR agreed, with Arteta remaining extremely tight-lipped when asked about the decision at full-time.
When asked for a comment, Arteta told Sky Sports: "I prefer not to comment. I do have a big opinion."
