Wolves' winger Pedro Neto has been shining in the Premier League this season, catching the attention of top clubs like Liverpool and Arsenal.
However, according to The Athletic journalist David Ornstein, a summer move for the Portuguese international is not guaranteed. Neto was bought by Wolves from Lazio in 2019 for a reported £18m, shortly after his loan deal from Braga became permanent. Since then, the 23-year-old has made over 100 appearances for Wanderers and his value has significantly increased.
Ornstein suggests that any club hoping to snatch Neto away from Molineux this summer would need to offer at least £80m. But with Wolves currently sitting 11th in the league and still in contention for a European spot, and with three years left on his contract, Neto might decide to stay put for another year.

Ornstein answered a question about Neto's future during an online Q&A for The Athletic. He said: "Neto is having a brilliant season and that naturally makes him one to watch in the next transfer window. First thing to say is there's no guarantee he leaves Wolves. He's under contract until 2027 and the club are on course for a much higher finish than they would have budgeted for, which strengthens their footballing and financial outlook.
"It is no secret that the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Newcastle United (perhaps Manchester United, too, with Dan Ashworth moving there from Newcastle) are all admirers of the Portugal international, although they may harbour some reservations about his fitness record."
