Arsenal's fantastic first-half performance against West Ham has led to thousands of home supporters leaving the London Stadium at half-time.
David Moyes' team have been thoroughly second-best this afternoon as the Gunners ran riot in the opening 45 minutes. From the first whistle, Arsenal were running the show but it took until the 32nd minute for them to find the breakthrough as William Saliba headed home a corner.
It was two just nine minutes later as Bukayo Saka converted a penalty leading to the floodgates opening. Gabriel Magalhaes made it three before stoppage time and Leandro Trossard remarkably made it 4-0 as he curled the ball home.
As boos rang out from the stands as the half-time whistle blew, many supporters were not inside the ground to see it. Sky Sports cameras captured thousands of fans streaming out of the stadium and towards the tube as the away fans celebrated.
During the half-time analysis, former Manchester United captain Roy Keane did not hold back with his assessment of the Iron. «This is just rubbing salt through the wounds,» he said.
