Conor McGregor shares unseen snaps from set of Roadhouse ahead of movie debut

Conor McGregor is super excited to show everyone his acting skills in a new film with Hollywood star Jake Gyllenhaal.

The Irishman will star in Roadhouse which will be released on video streaming platform Amazon Prime next month. The action movie is a new version of an old favourite from the 1980s and will be available on March 21, but some lucky people will see it first on March 8.

McGregor has been sharing pictures on Instagram from when they were making the movie, with hype building ahead of its release. The 35-year-old performed all the action scenes in the film himself.

He posted a picture where he's jumping at Gyllenhaal like a rocket. McGregor said: "A missile through the door and through the air. All feet off the ground with legs extended fully. I done my own stunts."

But there's a bit of sad news because the movie won't be shown in cinemas. The person who made the movie, Doug Liman, wishes it could be, but it's still set to be popular on Amazon Prime.

McGregor is keen to fight Michael Chandler at UFC 300, but now says he'll be back on June 29 for the big UFC International Fight Week. UFC chief Dana White has said autumn is more likely for the popular Irishman's return.

Chandler, who didn't fight last year because he was waiting for McGregor, is losing patience. He's ready to take McGregor down and 'end his career', saying: "I finish Conor within the first two rounds and after that, probably end his career.
