It's cup final week and Chelsea are preparing for their first chance of silverware under Mauricio Pochettino. The Blues take on Liverpool at Wembley Stadium on Sunday in the Carabao Cup final.
Pochettino's side go into the final on the back of the impressive 1-1 draw with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium. Chelsea were five minutes away from an unlikely victory against Pep Guardiola's side before Rodri equalised and a late onslaught left the point feeling even more well-earned.
Without Thiago Silva at the back, it was the toughest of tests yet for a young defence including two 20-year-olds. However they passed with flying colours, frustrating Erling Haaland — though his poor finishing was the main cause of anger come full-time.

Injury: Groin.
The Brazilian went to the ground and was withdrawn from the game against Crystal Palace after he appeared to have discomfort in his groin. Pochettino ruled him out for the trip to City but there's a chance he could return at Wembley.

What Pochettino has said: «Yes, minor injury but he is out for tomorrow [vs City]. He is not available. He's not available. After this, we need to assess game by game.»

Despite having only just returned from injury, Carney Chukwuemeka is back on the list after suffering a training injury. He is a current doubt for the final.
