Virgil van Dijk has urged Liverpool supporters to bring the noise ahead of a season-defining week at a revamped Anfield.
The Reds entertain West Ham United in their League Cup quarter-final on Wednesday before the visit of fellow Premier League title contenders Arsenal on Saturday evening.
Liverpool played in front of their third-highest home league crowd in history when, with the new Anfield Road End upper tier partially opened, 57,158 watched the dreary goalless draw against bitter North West rivals Manchester United on Sunday.

A combination of the upper tier having been previously closed, a number of 12.30pm kick-offs and a lack of Champions League football has contributed to an often subdued atmosphere inside Anfield this season, with Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville suggesting the weekend was the worst ever for a clash against his former club United on Merseyside.
And with Liverpool set to play in front of a record home League Cup crowd on Wednesday, Reds skipper Van Dijk has called on supporters to crank up the volume as Jurgen Klopp's side seek to take a step nearer a return to Wembley.
"It was special to play in front of the newly opened Anfield Road Stand on Sunday and to be honest it left me wanting more," said the centre-back. "The atmosphere at kick-off time was incredible and probably as loud as I have heard it this season so the extra supporters in there definitely made a difference.
"Someone said afterwards that the attendance was the biggest that there has been at Anfield for 60 years so it was definitely a privilege to be a part of that.
