Andy Robertson breaks silence over Liverpool injury heartbreak
Andy Robertson has thanked supporters for their well wishes after Jurgen Klopp confirmed the Liverpool full-back will be "out for a while."
The Scotsman was taken off before half-time in Scotland's 2-0 defeat against Spain during the international break, worryingly clutching his right shoulder. Afterwards national team manager Steve Clarke stated that the player would return to his club for further assessment.

Having only taken to social media to express his delight at Scotland's qualification for next year's Euro 2024 finals during his absence, Robertson finally broke his silence on the injury situation with an Instagram post after the press conference.
The caption read: "Obviously not the news I was hoping for but my focus is now on a full and speedy recovery! Thank you for all the messages. All the best to the boys for tomorrow #YNWA."
With a lengthy absence in the pipeline, it means the 28-year-old will definitely miss tomorrow's visit of Everton. It also places his serious doubts for clashes with rivals Manchester City on November 25, Manchester United on December 16 and Arsenal on December 23.
