Bayer Leverkusen goalkeeper Lukas Hradecky has revealed Xabi Alonso's meticulous planning represents the "real secret" behind his managerial success. Leverkusen are closing in on their first-ever Bundesliga title and are currently ten points clear at the top of the table with only eight matches remaining in the campaign.
The performances of the German side, who remain unbeaten across all competitions this season, have resulted in Alonso being linked with taking over at the likes of Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.
