Everton will send their appeal against the immediate 10-point deduction that was placed on them on November 17 ahead of the deadline this Friday.
The club had 14 days from publication of the decision to appeal and will take the full allocated time. The deadline is close of business on December 1 and it is understood that Everton’s submission will be made electronically.
Everton’s appeal will be heard before an entirely different set of individuals from the first independent commission but the ECHO also understands the Premier League still appoints the panellists on the commission.
Meanwhile, the club continues to go through a proposed takeover by 777 Partners. We'll have all the latest news on both the appeal and takeover, as well as any transfer and injury updates, throughout the day.
