Frank Lampard returned to television on Sky Sport's Monday Night Football and wasted no time as he pulled out his signature move.
Making a rare appearance on TV since leaving his post as interim boss of Chelsea in the summer, Sky Sports host Dave Jones asked him how he was doing away from football.
«Yeah good,» Lampard replied, before breaking into a little giggle.
«Less stress! Enjoying the family,» he continued with a big smile before the inevitable: «But no.
»It comes with the territory of managing, especially the stresses of the Premier League.
«I think it’s important you try and find the time out of the game to recharge a bit and enjoy things you don’t get the chance to do when you’re working.”
And it did not take long for a clipped-up version of the encounter went viral with fans in stitches over what has become known as the Lampardian Transition.
