Barcelona's Ferran Torres has been accused of making an X-rated threat towards Real Madrid rival Vinicius Jr during the Spanish Super Cup final - after he was heard vowing to 'f*** him up'.
Xavi's side were thumped 4-1 by their rivals Madrid in the showdown in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with Torres starting the game before being taken off in the 61st minute for Joao Felix, with the score at 3-1.
By this point, Vinicius Jr had already netted a hat-trick in the first half - after Robert Lewandowski had pulled one back for the Catalan giants - and the frustration was clear to see from Torres after being hooked.
The Spain international had been irked by something Vinicius said on the pitch as he vented his anger to team-mate Pedri - who had also been subbed off - on the bench.
Mundo Deportivo reported that Torres had been heard saying: 'Ya esta Vinicius con sus tonterias. Yo a este cualquier dia le meto una hostia te lo juro , como me diga algo el gili..... le meto una hostia que lo reviento, chaval.'
As per Football Espana, that rant has been translated as: 'I’ll mess this guy up if he says anything, I swear. If the a****** tells me something I’ll f*** him up, I’ll and I’ll break him.'
Barcelona's woes were compounded when Rodrygo netted a fourth of the game and then Ronald Araujo was shown a second yellow card, with Barca forced to watch on as their rivals lifted the trophy in Saudi Arabia.
This season has been a successful one for Vinicius, who has nine goals in all competitions and three assists - as he looks to build on the 23 strikes he put away in the last campaign.
