Virgil van Dijk will be available for Premier League selection on Sunday afternoon when Liverpool welcome West Ham United to Anfield.
The Dutchman has missed the Reds' last two Premier League games - victories against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Aston Villa - after being sent off during the encounter with Newcastle United at St James' Park on August 27.
Van Dijk had initially been set to serve a one-match ban for his mistimed challenge on Magpies forward Alexander Isak in the North East last month. But the defender's explosive post-dismissal rant landed him in further hot water with the Football Association.
Despite not turning out in the Premier League since August 27, Van Dijk did feature in Liverpool's 3-1 Europa League victory over Austrian Bundesliga side LASK Linz on Thursday.

On the contrary, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Thiago Alcantara look set to miss out on Sunday's visit of the Hammers as they are yet to return to team training after their respective hamstring and hip complaints. As reported by the ECHO on Wednesday, Alexander-Arnold is understood to be 50/50 in his bid to return to action this weekend.
Meanwhile, Conor Bradley will continue to be sidelined as he recovers from the long-term injury he picked up in July.
