'Has that ability' - Sir Jim Ratcliffe asked Jurgen Klopp to Man Utd question amid Liverpool departure
Manchester United minority shareholder Sir Jim Ratcliffe has talked up Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp - but shot down the prospect of trying to bring the German to Old Trafford.
The Reds boss will step down from his post at Anfield after nine years at the end of the season. Klopp made the bombshell announcement at the end of January, which will see Pep Lijnders, Peter Krawietz and Vitor Matos also depart.
Ratcliffe's Ineos Group agreed a deal to purchase a minority stake in the Red Devils on Christmas Eve last year before finalising the move in February and the British billionaire has now tasked himself with guiding United back to the top of the Premier League.
