A Wirral café that people are known to travel miles for is closing.
Owner of Remember When, Michelle Hughes, has announced that due to a combination of factors, including health and the cost of living crisis, the tearoom is set to close. Michelle, from Wallasey, acquired the business three years ago and was a regular customer herself for many years.
However the café has been open on Victoria Parade, New Brighton for almost a decade. Revealing the news of the closure to her customers in a Facebook post, Michelle said: "It is with sadness that we are closing the tearoom from 2nd April. There are several reasons including personal and health.
