Alan Shearer has declared Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah as the greatest front three to grace the Premier League.
The attacking trio began working together in 2017 and formed an unrivalled understanding on the pitch that helped the Reds to league glory in 2020, in addition to other titles such as the Champions League, FA Cup and Club World Cup.
Mane's departure in the summer of 2022 brought an end to this special bond between the players, with Firmino later heading for the exit door at the end of last season.
This was not the first devastating forward line Liverpool fans have been treated to over the years, however, having had the delight of watching Luis Suarez, Daniel Sturridge and Raheem Sterling wreak havoc during the 2013/14 campaign that so nearly ended in a first-placed Premier League finish.

Ranking their top 10 partnerships to grace the English top-flight, Shearer opted for Liverpool's 2019/20 title-winning trio ahead of Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo and Carlos Tevez in second and Robert Pires, Thierry Henry and Dennis Bergkamp in third.
Discussing their brilliance, the all-time Premier League top-scorer said: "Firmino just dropping deeper and Salah running in behind. How many times did you see that? We all knew it was happening, but very few could stop it."
