John Swift was the hero for West Brom after his penalty secured a 1-1 draw against Millwall.
The Lions were in control in the first half and took the lead with a great goal from Duncan Watmore. But Swift's penalty made sure West Brom stayed unbeaten for seven games, a record they haven't achieved since their Championship campaign in 2019/20.
The match began with a lot of energy, especially when West Brom's players took the knee and were booed by the home fans. The crowd got even louder when the referee didn't give a handball after Kyle Bartley blocked George Honeyman's cross.
Zian Flemming won a free-kick for Millwall in the 17th minute after running through West Brom's defence. His shot from the free-kick went behind for a corner.
Four minutes later, Watmore scored for Millwall after getting a loose ball and calmly shooting it past West Brom's goalkeeper Alex Palmer. Millwall's direct style of play was causing problems for Carlos Corberan's team.
They could have been 2-0 up when Michael Obafemi had a chance to score from a long ball, but his shot was saved by Palmer. Watmore nearly set up a goal with 10 minutes left in the first half, playing some tidy football before passing to Billy Mitchell, who missed from close range.

As the first half was ending, the visitors started to attack but ex-Millwall star Jed Wallace didn't hit his shot cleanly after Grady Diangana found him. Corberan's team kept up the pressure at the start of the second half, sending several threatening balls into the box and keeping hold of the ball.
