Laura Woods teased that she might leave a live TV chat with Bukayo Saka because of the continuous flow of questions from Rio Ferdinand and Martin Keown.
She was by the pitch during Arsenal's thrilling victory over Porto in the Champions League last-16. The Gunners made it to the quarter-finals after a remarkable penalty shootout.
Following the match, Saka, a hero at Emirates, shared his thoughts with TNT Sports. However, Woods found it tricky to chime in as Ferdinand and Keown kept firing questions at Saka. Each time she wanted to talk, her two colleagues wouldn't stop chatting.
After enduring this for a while, Woods jokingly acted like she was leaving the pitch out of annoyance. While Keown carried on with his conversation with Saka, Ferdinand watched on grinning.
But Woods soon came back to the sidelines, smiling. Ferdinand apologised: «Sorry, Laura..»
Once he asked another question, it opened up a chance for Woods to finally get her own question in. Questioning Saka about his bond with Arsenal fans, the winger said: «Tonight was beautiful.
»I said in my interviews before that it was going to be a special night, they gave us everything and we gave them everything back."
