Manchester United eye Swedish teenage sensation and other transfer rumours
Manchester United are said to be already planning for the summer transfer window where there could be a number of changes within the squad.
While the January transfer window has so far been a quiet one for most clubs, it seems it could be busier come the end of the season with plans being put in place. ESPN report that United are considering a revamp of their defence.
While Raphael Varane and Jonny Evans are out of contract in the summer and could leave on free transfers, the report claims United are open to selling both Victor Lindelof and Harry Maguire should the right offers be made. Both players will have a year left on their contracts when the summer comes around.

In terms of incomings, the report mentions Everton’s Jarrad Branthwaite, Bayern Munich’s Matthijs de Ligt, and Nice’s Jean-Clair Todibo as well as Galatasaray right-back Sacha Boey as potential targets.
Meanwhile, reports in Sweden claim United are showing an interest in highly-rated Swedish midfielder Lucas Bergvall who has made his breakthrough at Djurgarden. Fussball News say United are ‘very hot’ in a race for the teenager.
Eintracht Frankfurt, Barcelona, and Borussia Dortmund have all been linked with the 17-year-old, but the report says United have been putting out feelers over a potential move. And they could have an advantage in the race with the player knowing the club.
