Merseyside's biggest laser show is set to return.
Black Hole - End of Time returns to Old Christ Church in Waterloo, this November for the third year in a row. The 2023 show will expand on previous years by adding more projections, 20 additional lasers, and new sounds.
The brainchild of Liverpool lighting designer Paul Alty, Black Hole - End of Time, is set around a black hole that floats in the middle of the church. The church interior is transformed into outer space and the inside of a clock, all set to a soundtrack.

Video projections swirl around you, inviting you to explore the depths of a black hole. The organisers say "this art installation challenges the boundaries between art and science."
The show is on over three nights from November 17-19, running several times per night. Tickets are available from Eventbrite and under-13s go free.
This year’s show continues to support two charities, the Friends of Christ Church and BackupTech, the live events charity, with technical support being provided by Liverpool-based production company, Adlib.
Founder Paul Alty said: "If the show is new to you where have you been? The key word for this year's show is 'more'. We're turning the volume up on everything”.
