On the Waterfront confirms first headliners for 2024 as tickets to go on sale

On the Waterfront festival has announced its first two headliners for 2024.

Following the success and demand for the festival this year, organisers have confirmed it will return in 2024 for its third annual celebration. On the Waterfront will take over Liverpool's Pier Head once again from Thursday, June 20 to Sunday, June 23 2024.

The festival has now announced the first two headliners for next year's show.

First up is the legendary multi-platinum-selling Deacon Blue who will headline Sunday’s edition. Commenting on their return, songwriter and vocalist Ricky Ross said: “We’re excited to return to Liverpool for a very special show, a city that carries a special place in our heart and what better location to perform, see you all in June!"

Next up to headline his biggest show to date on Saturday, June 22, is Ben Hemsley. The DJ and producer has worked with some of some of the biggest names in the electronic dance scene including Calvin Harris, Patrick Topping and Fatboy Slim.
