Kirkby chef Aiden Byrne revealed his kids rule the roost when it comes to home-cooked dinners.
The acclaimed chef, who is still the youngest person ever to have been awarded a Michelin star, will soon be taking over the kitchen at LOST, a new supper club and events venue in Claremont Courtyard, Bebington. Aiden has been at the helm of some of the region's most acclaimed restaurants and has been resident chef director for 16 years now at his two-Rosette gastro pub, the Church Green in Lymm.
The evening at LOST is billed as an "incredible culinary journey" and includes a specially designed, six-course, fine-dining tasting menu, with a matched wine flight option.
