Tottenham are attempting to sign another star for the future with a proposal lined up for Ajax wonderkid Stanis Idumbo Muzambo. Under the guidance of Fabio Paratici, Spurs have acquired some of the most exciting young talents in world football with Destiny Udogie, Pape Matar Sarr and Micky van de Ven all shining this season.
In order to ensure their development continued, both Sarr and Udogie were loaned back to their previous clubs Metz and Udinese, respectively. The Lilywhites have also already signed 16-year-old Croatian wonderkid Luka Vuskovic from Hajduk Split with his transfer to Tottenham official in 2025 when he turns 18.
The teenager was in attendance at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the win against Everton with the defender honoured by the interest from Spurs in signing him despite his tender age. «It is a great honour to see that a club like Tottenham has shown such a desire and put in so much effort to bring in a player of my age,» he said in an interview with Hajduk.
«This makes me proud, and it is certainly a motive for me to work even harder on my development and further progress in order to be as ready as possible for the moment when I will play for their first team.» And now with Vuskovic waiting in the wings, Spurs are ready to submit a proposal for the next wonderkid.
According to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, both Spurs and Sevilla will soon present a package to Muzambo of Ajax in an attempt to sign him with it looking highly unlikely he remains in the Netherlands. The update from Romano reveals he has already turned down several new contract offers from the Dutch giants with the agreement to be he will either depart in January or leave as a free agent in the summer.
