LASK Linz midfielder Robert Zulj has expressed his frustration over the options available to Liverpool that saw them come from one goal down to win 3-1 on Thursday evening.
Jurgen Klopp's side found themselves trailing LASK after a stunning early strike from Florian Flecker, though battled back after the break to claim all three points in Group E.
Darwin Nunez levelled for Liverpool from the penalty spot in the 56th minute and further finishes from Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah saw the home side denied a dream victory.
Key to this second-half turnaround was the triple change of Alexis Mac Allister, Dominik Szoboszlai and Joe Gomez on the hour mark, with Klopp making the most of the five substitutions available to him by later deploying Salah and Joel Matip.

The introduction of such quality was the last thing LASK were hoping to see, as made clear by one of their players when speaking after the game. Speaking to Sky Sports Austria, Zulj said: “If they substitute Salah and Szoboszlai in the 60th and 70th, it will be difficult for us. We don’t need to talk about that."
Defender Philipp Ziereis echoed this sentiment, adding: “In the end, their individual quality is too great."
Liverpool currently lead the way in their Europa League group with three points to their name, boasting a two-point lead on Royale Union Saint-Gilloise and Toulouse after the two teams played out a 1-1 draw in their fixture.
Up next in this competition for the Reds will be Royale Union at Anfield on October 5, which will see Mac Allister face off against his brother, Kevin.
