Vincent Kompany has confirmed bad news for Burnley's survival hopes in the Premier League. Lyle Foster, Burnley's joint-top scorer with four goals, faces an extended period on the sidelines after having surgery.
Kompany didn't share where Foster had his operation but did say it was to fix a long-term problem.
