Everton are set to learn the outcome of their appeal against a ten-point deduction for breaching the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability Rules.
The Blues were hit with the highest points deduction in Premier League history in November, but have appealed the decision which left Sean Dyche overseeing his second relegation fight since succeeding Frank Lampard as manager last January.
As it stands, Everton are 18th in the Premier League table and one point adrift of Luton Town ahead of their meeting with Crystal Palace at Goodison Park on Monday.

Everton were found guilty of breaching the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability rules by a three-person independent commission last November.
The charges were levelled at the Blues after they recorded losses in the excess of £105m for a three-year period ending in 2022. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, Premier League clubs' accounts for 2020 and 2021 were averaged as part of the three-year calculation.
As explained by the ECHO's Everton correspondent Joe Thomas, Everton disputed that they lost £124.5m in that period, instead arguing that the number was closer to £9.7m.
As a result, Everton were hit with the highest points deduction in Premier League history, with Portsmouth only receiving a nine-point deduction for entering administration back in 2010.
