Jurgen Klopp has urged the media not to overhype up his goal-scoring teenagers after a young Liverpool beat Southampton 3-0 to advance into the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.
In what has been a memorable few days for the club's Academy ranks, Lewis Koumas opened the scoring with his first goal in senior football before his replacement, Jayden Danns, netted a brace to set up a last-eight tie with Manchester United next month.
It's the first time two 18-year-old have scored their first Liverpool goals in the same game and the result comes just days after Danns, Bobby Clark and James McConnell helped steer the Carabao Cup final the Reds' way against Chelsea at Wembley.
Klopp conceded the young players in the ranks still have plenty to learn going forward, with the teenagers involved largely due to the fact the senior squad has been decimated by as many as 13 injuries.

Klopp admitted he is wary of those involved in recent days being subjected to too much attention after a memorable week for the football club as he compared them all darts player Luke Littler, who turned 17 last month.
"I understand it 100% but it is a little bit like the new darts sensation (Littler), it is fine for tonight," Klopp said. "But from tomorrow, leave the boys in the corner, please. And don't ask: 'Where are they now? Where are they now? Where are they now?'
"They have a lot to improve and a lot to learn. And everyone who is with us, we should have our moments, they will have more moments than they ever would have expected, probably, so that is one thing.
