Jurgen Klopp's agent has downplayed any chances of the Liverpool manager taking over from Thomas Tuchel at Bayern Munich come the end of the season.
The former Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, and Borussia Dortmund boss had his departure from the club in the summer confirmed on Wednesday morning after a run of three straight defeats left domestic and European goals in tatters. Tuchel, who only took over in Bavaria 11 months ago after Julian Nagelsmann was sacked mid-season, had until 2025 on his contract plus an option for a further year.
The announcement of his departure opens up yet another high-profile managerial role for the summer though with links to Klopp already surfacing as Bayern plan ahead. Xabi Alonso is Bayern's top target, however, leaving a complex scenario with Liverpool to come.

Klopp has been linked with the German national team job as well after Euro 2024 in the summer, with a chance of him coming in for the 2026 World Cup being mused.
Only last year, Kosicke addressed speculation of Klopp's intentions for that job. “Jurgen has a long-term contract with Liverpool and is not available for the national coaching position," he said. Klopp has previously said that it would be a "great honour" to manage his country.
