Liverpool's Premier League title hopes suffered a blow on Sunday afternoon after they were held to a draw by Manchester United.
The result leaves the Reds in second place in the Premier League table, behind league leaders Arsenal on goal difference. Liverpool took control of the game in the 23rd minute when Luis Diaz opened the scoring from a set-piece.
It seemed that it would be a comfortable afternoon for the Reds, but they were unable to make their dominance count. However, United made them pay when Bruno Fernandes jumped on a Jarrell Quansah mistake with a first-time finish early in the second half.

Kobbie Mainoo then put Erik ten Hag's side ahead, but Liverpool weren't done there. Mohamned Salah kept his cool from the penalty spot after Harvey Elliott was fouled by Aaron Wan Bisaka in the box.
Despite chances for both teams in the final minutes, the game ended in a draw. The point is one that could be big in the title race with Arsenal and Man City as the race tightens up. The eyes now turn to the remaining fixtures and below is how the next five games look for all three teams.
