Liverpool host Everton in the 243rd Merseyside derby at Anfield today as both teams return to Premier League action after the international break.
The Reds will be looking to go top of the table with a victory, having lost and draw their previous two away matches at Tottenham and Brighton respectively. Meanwhile, Everton will hope to build on a morale-boosting 3-0 victory over Bournemouth and continue to move up the table by getting a result at Anfield for the first time since 2021.
Liverpool vs Everton has a 12.30pm kick-off time on Saturday, October 21. Anfield will host.
