AS Monaco will be without Youssouf Fofana for the visit to Paris Saint-Germain on Friday. The France international midfielder received a yellow card in the dying stages of the draw against Le Havre AC and is therefore suspended, however, Vanderson is expected to make his return.
Vanderson has been out since late September when he suffered a knee injury. He was included in the squad to face Le Havre just before the international break, however, he was not fit enough to make it onto the pitch. The former Grêmio right-back did not go on international duty with Brazil and instead built up his fitness in La Turbie. He will be expected to start against PSG.
Mohammed Salisu has been included in the Monaco squad for the first time since undergoing surgery in September, however, manager Adi Hütter believes that he won’t yet be fit enough to feature. Guillermo Maripán, who only returned from Chile on Thursday, is expected to start at the heart of defence despite his lack of recovery time.
Philipp Köhn; Soungoutou Magassa, Guillermo Maripán, Wilfried Singo; Ismail Jakobs, Denis Zakaria, Mohamed Camara, Vanderson; Aleksandr Golovin, Wissam Ben Yedder, Takumi Minamino.
