New Premier League VAR change confirmed in Chelsea vs Arsenal after huge Liverpool controversy

A major VAR change in the Premier League has been confirmed after the recent controversies that have taken place. Liverpool's Luis Diaz saw a goal against Spurs wrongfully disallowed after the incorrect decision was communicated from Stockley Park onto the pitch.
