Scouse stars dominate in Manchester as Next Generation puts on a show at Cage Warriors 160

On Friday, Cage Warriors 160 Manchester saw six athletes fighting out of Next Gen MMA Liverpool compete in Europe’s top MMA promotion.

Featherweight prospect Luke Riley came out victorious in an amazing back-and-forth fight against another undefeated fighter Alexander Loof.

He has quickly become one of the most entertaining fighters in the whole company and this bout absolutely did not disappoint the heavily scouse dominated crowd.

The Next Gen prospect was unlucky to not end the fight much earlier as his late knockdown in the first round saw his opponent likely saved by the bell.

Both fighters were knocked down throughout the three rounds but Riley’s stamina proved too much for his opponent as he used a flurry of combos to win via TKO after 58 seconds of the third round.

Lightweight Adam Cullen was dominant in his comeback win winning by TKO and storming the crowd in victory.

Cullen dominated the fight with heavy strikes and a powerful ground and pound display that caused the stoppage in 3:23 of round one.

Cullen returned from a devastating KO in his last fight to show that he is not off course and shows no signs of stopping after he stopped a Brazilian Veteran Amaury Junior in impressive fashion.
