Jurgen Klopp believes it is too early to declare Liverpool have regained their tag of mentality monsters - as he praised his "absolutely crazy" squad depth at present.
A much-changed Reds came from behind for the fourth time in the last five games to ensure they opened their Europa League group stage with a 3-1 win at LASK in Austria on Thursday evening.
Liverpool gained a reputation for their strength of character as they swept the honours board between 2019 and 2022 under Klopp, not least with their ability to recover from difficult positions.
That, though, went missing for large parts of last campaign as they failed to finish in the Premier League's top four for the first time in seven years.

And when asked if it was premature to suggest Liverpool were back to their resilient best given their performances this season, Klopp said: “Yes! When I said that phrase (mentality monsters) at that time, it was not that I planned that way. I just remember watching a game and thinking ‘Oh my God, how did they come back?’.
"I understand why you are asking me this. It was not long ago I was being asked about us being 1-0 down, 1-0 down, 1-0 down. I understand that this may come up again some time, but this feels completely different.
"Now it is just that we have changed a few things and turned games around. Staying in a game is a duty and we did that so far, which is why we have turned situations.
