Thousands of Liverpool fans were left stranded outside Wembley after ticketing problems ahead of the Carabao Cup final against Chelsea.
Videos circulating on social media showed crowds of Liverpool supporters waiting to get through turnstiles after problems with digital passes, prompting the club to release an official statement.
The Reds and Chelsea both received 32,196 tickets for the final. But Liverpool issued digital tickets after the implementation of the system at Anfield.
However problems with the QR code left Reds supporters unable to get into the stadium and the club later released a statement with urgent advice for fans outside.

"If your ticket is showing a barcode, please remove from the wallet and re download from the original email," the update from the club read. "The ticket should then show a QR code which will allow entry into the turnstile."
By kick off it appeared as though the Liverpool end was virtually full but fans who had turned up early had been forced to wait almost an hour to enter the stadium.
Jurgen Klopp's side face Chelsea in the showpiece final as they look to sign off his final season in style. The Reds made two changes to the side that beat Luton Town in midfield, with Andy Robertson and Ibrahima Konate starting in place of Joe Gomez and Jarell Quansah, although the Reds were denied Mohamed Salah and Darwin Nunez after they failed to recover from injury in time for the game.
