Yves Bissouma is already a popular guy at Tottenham, but he might have written himself into club folklore with his past antics towards Arsenal players.
Spurs splashed out £25million to secure the services of Bissouma from Brighton in the summer of 2022 and, while it took time to find his place in north London, he's now a key man under Ange Postecoglou
Prior to him putting pen-to-paper on the London switch, footage emerged of the soon-to-be Spurs star goading Gunners players.
The Mali international went viral after he was caught laughing at the Emirates Stadium in 2019.
As dejected Arsenal players slumped to the turf having missed out on Champions League football, Bissouma could be seen smiling and relishing the moment.
That is because his Brighton side drew 1-1 at the Emirates, which all but ended the Gunners' hopes of a top-four finish.
Arsenal were up against Spurs at the time for a place in the Champions League back in 2018/19.
Mikel Arteta's side went on to manage four points from a possible 18, and ultimately paid the price as the top-four slipped through their grasp, with Tottenham sneaking in at their expense.
Bissouma failed to find his feet in his first season in north London under ex-Tottenham boss Antonio Conte.
Blighted by injuries, he was also behind both Rodrigo Bentancur and Pierre-Emile Hojberg in the pecking order.
Though it is now a different story for the 27-year-old, whose resurgence has been remarkable under new boss Postecoglou.
He has since played a pivotal role in Spurs' excellent start to the 2023/24 campaign, even hailing the Aussie manager along the way.
