Two Premier League clubs are likely to play a deciding factor in the remainder of the title race as three teams battle for glory.
Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool are the three genuine contenders to be crowned champions. Jurgen Klopp's team currently lead the way on 57 points but their advantage could be brought down to a single point if Pep Guardiola's side wins their game in hand this week.
Mikel Arteta's men currently remain firmly in the conversation, two points above City and two below Liverpool in the current league table. While the Gunners still have to play City and the Blues still have Liverpool on their schedule too, Tottenham Hotspur and Wolverhampton Wanderers are set to have a big say on where the title ends up in May.
Both Ange Postecoglou and Gary O'Neil's teams will face all three title contenders in their last five matches of the season with those games set to be pivotal. It is likely the results against Spurs and Wolves will decide the champions.
Football.london has taken a look at each club's last five matches of the season to see who may have the easiest run-in.
