Inside the life of Love Island's Toby Aromolaran from football career to Chloe Burrows breakup

Toby Aromolaran is returning to Love Island fans' screens for the highly-anticipated ITV spin off Love Island: All Stars.

The 24-year-old first appeared on the seventh season of Love Island in 2021, and is best known for reaching the final, leaving the villa with girlfriend at the time, Chloe Burrows.

And now as he heads to the South African villa on another mission to find love, we take a look into Toby's life before Love Island and how he's ended up back on the show for a second stint at finding 'the one'...

Toby and Chloe came in second place during Love Island UK season 7. The pair were together for nine months, moving in together after just weeks of leaving the Love Island villa.

Toby broke up with Chloe, revealing the news in October 2022 and blaming ‘serious core problems’ for their split.

He opened up about their decision to part ways in an interview with press months later, claiming it 'wasn't a hard decision' to break off the relationship.

He said: “At the end of the day it wasn’t a hard decision – once you’re having serious core problems, really and truly it’s done, isn’t it? It’s one of those ones because it’s my relationship I don’t want to say what those issues were. I haven’t really said it out loud to anyone really and truly, it’s almost like I'm running from it. I run from it."

Chloe said in a later interview she ‘loved that boy to death’ but things just didn’t work out between them.

Whilst appearing on Celebs Go Dating, Chloe was questioned about her last relationship, becoming emotional about her split from Toby she admitted she ‘wasn’t ready’ and calling him ‘the nicest boy I’d ever been with.’
