The team of former Liverpool stars managed by Sven-Goran Eriksson took to the Anfield turf against their Ajax counterparts, with Cisse coming on in the second half to help out with a headed equaliser in front of The Kop. Gregory Vignal, Nabil El Zhar and Fernando Torres also got their names on the scoresheet in a 4-2 triumph.

Though as the Frenchman levelled up on the afternoon, LFC TV's Peter McDowell revealed an interesting piece of information on the subject of Cisse's sons.
"He’s looking up into the stands for his boys who are all footballers now as well," the commentator said. "At Nottingham Forest, Notts County - he’s got one who made his debut for Liverpool U18s last night."
It is not uncommon to see sons of former professionals making a name for themselves in the game - especially in Liverpool's squad. Just look at 18-year-olds Lewis Koumas and Jayden Danns, who have both made the step into Jurgen Klopp's first team this campaign.
But what makes Prince Kobe Cisse, who was being referred to by McDowell, a standout case other than the fact he may play for the same club as his father, is that he is currently playing beyond his age group.
