Pep Guardiola has won the lot since arriving at the Etihad Stadium in 2016, but this season he faces a slightly different challenge as he aims to add yet another medal to his collection. With both Arsenal and Liverpool still in the mix, City will have to fight off two strong opponents if they are to retain their league crown.
Erling Haaland's second-half strike was enough to see City beat a stubborn Brentford side on Tuesday night, meaning the Blues are now just a point behind Liverpool in the title race, and a point ahead of Arsenal.

With City, Liverpool and Arsenal now having played the same number of games, we've taken a look at who's up next for the title challengers.
Verdict: City will still have seven league games to go by the time the above fixtures have been played, but we'll already have a much clearer indication of where the Premier League trophy will be heading. City have never been beaten by Bournemouth but that doesn't mean three points on the south coast will come easy.
After that there's that huge Manchester derby followed by a trip to Anfield. Meetings with Brighton are never straightforward and then there's an Etihad double-header against Arsenal and Villa. With all three of the other current top-four sides and a Manchester derby to come within the next six weeks, we may know who the champions will be sooner than we expected.
