Revealed: What Sam Kerr allegedly said to UK cop after taxi fare dispute
British police will reportedly allege Sam Kerr called an officer a “stupid white bastard” in her taxi run-in that has her facing a trial next year.
The Sun first reported Kerr made the alleged comment to one of two officers after being sick following a night out amid a dispute over the taxi fare.
The Matildas captain, who has partial Indian and English heritage, denies the allegation.

The incident took place in Twickenham in south west London in January 2023 but Kerr only faced a London court this week.
She has been charged with intentionally causing racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress to the male PC under section 31(1)(b) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
Police will allege the interaction was captured on a body cam video.
Kerr, who is facing a maximum of two years in jail if found guilty, spoke via videolink on Monday in Kingston crown court to confirm her name and plead not guilty.
She was ordered to appear at a four-day trial at the court in February 2025 with two police officers expected to give evidence, but a hearing is scheduled to take place on April 26 where it’s reported the defence will try to dismiss the case by claiming abuse of process.
