Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke has already commented on the future of Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe amid speculation linking him with a move to the Emirates Stadium.
Mbappe, 25, has reportedly informed PSG of his intention to leave the club in the summer at the end of his current deal. Terms are yet to be finalised over his exit but it's reported the French giants will save €200million-per-year when the striker leaves.
Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool are among the English clubs tipped to go all-out to bring the former-Monaco striker to the Premier League, but Real Madrid are favourites.
However, on Friday, Mikel Arteta dropped the biggest hint yet that the north Londoners could make a move for Mbappe. He said: «When there is a player of that calibre we always have to be in the conversation. But as you said it looks in a different way.»
Asked if he was involved in Mbappe conversations, he added: «I am not! Maybe Edu and the owners are, but I am not in those conversations until the last stage.
»Why not? If we want to be the best team, we are going to need the best talent and the best players, that is for sure."

In the summer, Kroenke discussed Mbappe and his long-term future at the Game Plan Summit event in Los Angeles. The possibility of a move to Saudi Arabia was mentioned but the Gunners owner placed doubt over a mega-money switch to the Middle east.
